Job Description
Minimum Requirements:

  • BCom (General) or Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Minimum 8 years experience in analytically focused and commercial roles within payments of the fintech industry
  • Financial services and payment experience will be a major advantage

Additional Strategic Requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms to track and analyze customer behavior.
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative growth strategies.
  • Experience in budget management and forecasting for marketing initiatives. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the fintech industry.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the GM of the Aggregation division to improve the overall revenue contribution, strategy and performance of strategic service offerings called Flash Pay and cash out.
  • Drive continuous innovation and refinement to ensure Flash Pay remains the market leader delivering excellence from end to end.
  • Define and develop business critical metrics and reports, key performance indicators, and financials to support this growth
  • Custodian of client segmentation, identifying leads and growth in existing partnerships to align with the key strategy, drive innovation, grow revenue and commercials
  • Analysis of the Flash Pay & cash out operational and financial metrics with detailed action plans
  • Develop strategic goals within multiple Flash divisions with key actions to drive all business units’ needs
  • Manage the overall Flash Pay and cash-out strategy and execution thereof across all business divisions
  • Oversee Flash Pay & cash out financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting across all divisions
  • Build, manage, and influence relationships with both Sales and Key Account Manager teams to activate the correct strategy
  • Understanding the impact of different components and market events on success with key marketing stakeholders
  • Identify and align with client needs to shape the development of payment technologies and business solutions.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps to guide payment solutions, customer support, and operational improvements based on client demands.
  • Prioritize onboarding plans for existing partners alongside Key Account Managers to maximize retention and growth.
  • Create client prioritization frameworks to ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams, enhancing client satisfaction and revenue growth
