Sibanye-Stillwater is offering an exciting opportunity for Graduate Interns in the Communication field. The position provides an exposure programme aimed at developing and enhancing the skills of recent graduates.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification:
- BCom or a relevant degree in Communications.
- Other:
- A valid driver’s license and own transport.
- The appointee must be medically fit for the position and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Objectives:
- Ensure that all exposure programme objectives and associated tasks are well understood.
- Complete all phases of the developmental exposure programme within the specified timeframe.
- Escalate any queries or concerns regarding the developmental exposure programme.
Discipline-Specific Duties:
- Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform tasks safely and according to best practices.
- Assist team members with the implementation of initiatives and programmes.
- Capture and report relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Reporting:
- Compile progress reports and discuss progress with the relevant supervisor or development stakeholder.
- Report any inconsistencies or obstacles encountered during the programme.
- Share ideas and recommendations for improvement.
Selection Process:
- Pre-screening and psychometric evaluations may be part of the selection process.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a panel interview.
