Are you between the ages of 18 and 28 and looking for a career-building opportunity? A 12-month YES Programme is available for individuals with a Grade 12/Matric qualification and experience in a repairs environment, particularly with knowledge of the security industry.

The position of Service Controller will require you to manage and coordinate workflows in the technical, repair, and warehouse departments, ensuring that repairs are carried out efficiently and meet the company’s quality standards. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports to management, showcasing trends and data related to the department’s activities.

Position Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric certificate.
• Experience in a repairs environment, with knowledge of the security industry.
• Ability to support and coordinate repairs workflows across technical, repair, and warehouse departments.
• Ability to prepare and present reports on departmental activities, trends, and data.
• Age: Between 18 and 28.
• Ethnicity: Open to African, Coloured, or Indian applicants.
• No participation in the YES Programme previously.

Program Details:

• Duration: 12 months.
• Stipend: R4,700 per month.
