Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate across various divisions in the bank during your three-year training period (articles).
- Manage deliverables within specified turnaround times, while seeking opportunities to improve business processes and systems.
- Drive your own learning and development in line with SAICA’s prescribed technical and professional skill requirements.
- Contribute to the Nedbank CA Training Programme by participating in committees (e.g., Marketing, Recruitment, and Social Committees) to enhance both your professional development and the programme itself.
- Participate in Nedbank culture-building initiatives to help achieve transformation goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
- SAICA-accredited undergraduate qualification in Accounting
Postgraduate Qualification:
- Honours or Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent qualification) that allows access to SAICA’s Initial Test of Competence (ITC).
